Born to Move PT & Wellness offers concierge (in-home) visits for your convenience and comfort. But that doesn’t mean we’re limited to your home! Sessions can also take place in child-friendly community settings like parks, playgrounds, recreation centers, or other spaces that support your child’s goals.

We’ll work with your family to find the environment that’s the best fit.

Initial evaluations typically last 60–90 minutes. At Born to Move PT & Wellness, we take the time to ensure families feel comfortable, heard, and fully supported from the start.

Follow-up sessions usually last 45–60 minutes, but we adjust based on your child’s mood, energy level, and readiness that day. Our goal is to meet each child where they are and create a positive, productive experience every time.

We are a fee-for-service practice, which allows us to provide personalized, one-on-one care tailored to your child’s unique needs—without the limitations often set by insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of your visit.

While we don’t bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide a detailed invoice (also called a superbill) with all the necessary information to help you submit a claim for possible reimbursement. Every insurance plan is different, so coverage and reimbursement aren’t guaranteed. Wellness consultations are typically not reimbursed.

If you have questions about the process, we're here to help guide you.

We accept the following forms of payment: cash, credit cards, debit cards, and payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

In Texas, your child can have an evaluation and receive therapy for up to 10 consecutive business days without a referral. After that, a referral from your child’s doctor is required to continue care.

We’re happy to support you with the referral process and collaborate with your child’s doctor to provide the best care possible.
